Meet the Team
What's our secret sauce? It's the team of people we've chosen to surround ourselves with. These folks believe in our vision, and their core values align with those of our company.
Our company is headquartered in Knoxville, but our team is spread across our 4 locations.
Andrew Randazzo
Founder & CEO
Andrew is the Founder and CEO of Prime Medical Training. He is also a Nationally Registered Paramedic and started Prime Medical Training because of the pervasive lack of quality health and safety training in our communities. He believes any topic can be made interesting and fun with an instructor who knows how to skillfully tailor material and engage students.
This passion and mindset is the driving core of Prime. Andrew strives to instill in students a sense of pride in their profession and love for learning. Aside from teaching, Andrew’s faith and church play a big role in his life, and he loves adventure and the chase.
